Person-to-Person has always sought to inspire youngsters to develop a sense of social responsibility. Since 1994, elementary school students in the Kid-to-Kid group have worked at P2P and organized various initiatives at their schools, including fundraising and food and clothing drives.

Kid-to-Kid is a group of middle school-aged youth who, along with their parents, meet at the agency or off-site once a month on Tuesday afternoons. With adult supervision they also get involved in the community and hold fundraising activities including various kinds of drives, car washes and other events to provide support for many of the agency's programs.
